workshop terms + conditions

cancellations, refunds + transfers

Unfortunately, we have a no-refund policy on workshops, which includes payment plan options and deposits. This includes cancellations due to illness, personal, or professional reasons. If you are travelling, please ensure that you have checked with your service providers’ policies as well.

Please note that we have a minimum number of students required in order to run our workshops and if the minimum is not met we may be required to cancel, in which case you would be provided with a full refund for workshop fees. In the unlikely event that a workshop instructor needs to cancel, workshop organizers will ensure that a suitable replacement instructor is secured. We reserve the right to amend the schedule of events as outlined in the workshop description.

We are not liable for any losses (including travel and accommodation expenses) that could arise as a result of a workshop being cancelled.

force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of the workshop, in whole or part, by reason of cause beyond our control including but not limited to unavoidable travel interruptions, flood or other weather-related emergency or disaster, fire, strikes, illness (including Covid-19), accident, power or water failure, or any other unexpected circumstance.
